We want you to feel confident when you shop with Activa Athletics.

You have 10 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return on eligible merchandise.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved we will send you the return instructions and the address to use.

What you receive

Approved returns are issued as a refund to your original payment method, or as an exchange if you prefer.

Condition of returns

Please take care when trying your pieces on. To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair or any sign of wear
Returned with the original tags attached
Returned in its original packaging where applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Final sale

The following cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a qualifying defect:

Items marked FINAL SALE
Clearance merchandise
Items discounted 50% or more
Gift cards
Bodysuits and other hygiene-sensitive pieces

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:

Your order number
Your full name
Photos of the item
Photos showing the damage or the issue
A short explanation of the problem

Our team will review your request and tell you what happens next.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item you received was incorrect or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do not send a return before contacting us. Activa Athletics is not responsible for return packages lost because they were sent with the wrong carrier or to the wrong address. We recommend keeping your return tracking information until your return has been completed.

Instalment providers

Purchases made with Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay or any other provider remain subject to this return policy. Your agreement with that provider stays in effect under that provider’s own terms.
