United States

Free shipping on orders over $70
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing can take longer during holidays, sales and promotions, product launches and high-volume periods.

Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.

Delivery and tracking

Orders ship with USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information by email, at the address you gave at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen through the carrier, weather, holidays, high shipping volume or circumstances outside our control.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. If your tracking shows a delay, a loss, damage or a delivery issue, contact Activa Athletics and the carrier so the issue can be reviewed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be sent again.
